I hate to use such a bold title, but it’s true. My initial review of Google Checkout was good, the service seemed simple and easy to use, with one big exception… the service can be the easiest thing to use but if it doesn’t work than it’s not worth using! So we are 48 hours after my order was place, and the order is still stuck in “processing”. Dicks Sporting Goods hasn’t even gotten the order from Google yet, and they tell me once they get it it will take another 48 hours for them to ship it. Add in the fact that what I am ordering is a hot item right now, it may not be in stock when Dicks Sporting Goods finally gets the order. Finally, there is no customer service for Google Checkout… none what so ever. No phone number, no email address, nothing! The only option I have is to contact Dicks Sporting Goods, and they have nothing new to tell me!
Currently I have submitted an email form that should be use for fraudulent activity, it;s the only way I could find to contact Google Checkout. I can’t find anything else. Not impressed, not happy, not using it again… EVER! The service doesn’t work, my initial impressions were very wrong and I apologize for that.
